ABOUT PIERS KWAN
Piers started training people with kettlebells, and first certified as a Hardstyle Kettlebell instructor in 2010. He began assisting at instructor certifications in 2011. Piers also received his RKC certification under Pavel in Minnesota in 2011. Since then Piers has gone on to train under Gray Cook and Brett Jones to earn his CK-FMS cert in Minnesota last year. In 2012, Piers accepted the invitation to move from the RKC to follow Pavel Tsatsouline to StrongFirst. Piers has his Cert IV in Personal Training and is Primal Move certified.
Aside from the results that he gets for everyday individuals he has also worked with, and is working with, representative athletes from a regional level through to Australian representatives. Furthermore, he is also qualified as a high school science teacher, which provides him with skills that often come in handy.
