I have a 1 room for rent with your own bathroom. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (so you would have the main bathroom) house that backs on to Swan Lake at Burleigh Waters, ducks/swans are supplied, few minutes only to Stocklands, Q Centre, Treetops or Robina Town Centre for shopping & two minutes from the beach. $195 per week with electricity & water is to be split 2-ways. You will have your own car space with remote access, built in robes. Situated within a quiet area in behind Christine Avenue & Bermuda Street which becomes Ferry Road which goes straight up to the Gold Coast Hospital, Mediterranean style with palm trees and hedged well established gardens. I am female but gender of housemate is of no concern. Must be clean, tidy and good or not concerned about my 2 cockatiels caged but I do get them out for a short while if I am not at work, friendly and like their own space. House is mainly furnished with all my furniture however own bed & bedroom furniture etc is required - by you and bring some extra personal item to make you feel at home, if you like?
