Living with a 30 year old, laid back guy. I tend to keep it pretty quiet and relaxed when at home. I work in hospitality in a cafe in mermaid beach, no night work so I'm not in and out at crazy hours.
Rent includes internet and foxtel is $200/wk. Electricity to be split when the bill comes.
Fully furnished except for the bedroom.
The photos don't really show it very well but the bedroom is big enough for a queen size bed with space on the sides. The living area is large and open with 3 sliding doors providing cross breezes. There is also a small deck off the living room as can be seen in the photos. There is one off street undercover car park and as I don't drive it will be all yours.
