Want to live near the beach, cool cafes, boutiques and a stone's throw from all the action at Nobby's and James St, Burleigh? This end of the coast is getting better by the day and this available property is the perfect place to take advantage of all the area offers.
You'll be sharing with a single, professional fun female, two sweet, cuddly dogs and a cat who sleeps about 23 hrs a day on my bed and then spends one hour outside in the evening reminiscing. We're 1min from the shopping centre on Mountainview Pde, 2min drive from Miami One (Coles, cafes, bus stop) and there's also public transport at the top of the road (30sec walk). The house is lovely, nicely furnished, renovated and kept clean, so is a lovely place to come home to.
I work from home for myself so come evenings and weekends I like to get out and about - I surf, love live music, trying out all the newest cafes and restaurants around and also spend lots of time outdoors with my dogs (they're exercised a LOT so most of the time at home, they're asleep at my feet, making it a nice quiet environment).
If you work 9-5, there's a good chance you'll have a few hours of quiet/alone time in the evenings and weekends when I'm out and running errands, going to gym classes etc (there's a boxing gym at the top of the road which is great and runs lots of different classes).
I'm looking for a single, professional male or female who will respect the house and likes to keep the main areas tidy, is an open communicator, is social and has a positve outlook.
Your room isn't furnished so you can bring whatever you need for that to feel comfortable in your new nest. The rest of the house is furnished and internet is included in the rent (water and electricity are seperate). Oh and we also have 4 organic vege patches. :) There's loads of street parking in our quiet culdesac and also if you really need a lock up garage, we can arrange something as there is one (I usually park on the drive).
I believe when you come home from work, your home should be your haven: peaceful, friendly, warm and when you want some excitement, fun too - if you share those sentiments, you'll be a perfect fit! The room is available right away so feel free to come round inspect it and familiarise yourself with the local area (which is awesome).
