Hi, i'm Salem, as black as night but with a heart of gold and lots of love to share round! I was a bit shy at first when I arrived at my new foster home but with a little coaxing and a lot of love I soon came out of my shell! Very quickly i've made myself right at home, snuggling up at night on everyone's laps - and I even like to watch the toddler in the bath! Im so curious and unafraid of water I hop up whilst shes in the bath and try to swat her bath toys! My foster parents think this is one of the funniest parts of the nightly ritual!
Im definitely a night cat, I come alive around 7pm and get my 'play' on! I run around and throw my toys in the air, batting them to and fro jump from the stairs to the couch and LOVE to scratch my scratching pole. My foster mum is so happy I dont use the furniture - im very well trained in every aspect.
My bond with the toddler that lives in this house is very special. We follow each other round the house, play with each other's 'noisy' rattle toys and cuddle up before her bed time. If you like cuddly well mannered cats, who has been trained really well and will be your best friend - come and check me out, I'll be your best mate!
My foster mum can tell you just how great I am and that i'd make a great addition to your family too! I'm approx 2 years old.
